Fortrose & Rosemarkie 1888

Celebrating 125 years, Limited edition of 125

On what is our 125th anniversary at Fortrose & Rosemarkie Golf Club (a James Braid designed Scottish Links Golf Course) we are selling a special limited edition of 125 markers for members and the general public.  These are selling really well which supports the fact that they are of high quality.

The Vegas Style Markers (Medallion Markers) are available for sale (in a presentation box) for £9.50 and we also have an alternative which is the same price but comes without the box.

Both markers are metal and have a marker in the middle inside the surround which is magnetic for ease of use.

I hope this may be of interest,  I will be more than happy to help any of your members/ site visitors with sending them out.  All I would ask is for a suitable stamped addressed envelope ( UK large stamp for 1 unboxed marker, £2.70 for 2 markers  a  boxed and unboxed marker ).  Cheques of  GBP £9.50 (per marker)  made payable to ‘Fortrose Golf Club’

Pictureitifyoucan

The frame on the left is one of four different frames  purchased by me from Pictureitifyoucan. This one being the perfect home for both flat disc markers and traditional stemmed ones. Like all their frames you can choose from a wide range of mouldings, have them with or without glass fronts. Choose how many markers you want to house from their standard range 50/100/150 or they will do their utmost to accomodate, individual requirements by offering a bespoke service. In all my dealings with them, I have been well pleased. If you are looking for frames,  I strongly suggest you contact Martin & Nicola.

UPDATE 20.06.2012  This company no longer trades in marker frames following the collapse of one of their suppliers. If you know of a quality supplier of bespoke frames we would be pleased to feature them on this page.

Golf Thru The Green

Where do you keep your marker on the course?

Mine is on the end of my putter......

Thanks to a novel, smart and functional accessory  from this company. It looks good, works perfect with a choice of markers in a unique shape from a wide  and versatile range of custom & classic golf accessories.

In our opinion the Putter clip arrangement is  much beter than attaching your marker to a hat clip or pitch repairer.

'Golf Thru The Green' provides golfers and collectors  a choice of all three alternatives and some others in a classical,  innovative and unique style.  We  at the ballmarkercollectorsclub are delighted with this product and recommend you check their site at:
